Plan Your Visit

Thinking about visiting Canyon View Vineyard Church for the first time? Here's what Sunday actually looks like, from the moment you pull in to the moment you leave.

When and Where

We gather Sundays at 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM at 736 24 1/2 Rd, Grand Junction, CO 81505.

ASL translation is available at the 9 AM gathering. Parking is close to the door, and our team will be outside to help you find your way in.

What It's Like

Come as you are. Casual is the norm here, jeans, t-shirts, whatever's comfortable. Nobody's going to look twice at what you're wearing. Services run about an hour and 15 minutes and include worship, a message from one of our pastors, and time to connect with the people around you.

Grab a Drink

We want you to feel at home here. Complimentary coffee and iced tea are available in the lobby, and Numa Coffee, our full-service coffee shop, is also open before each service if you're looking for something more, like a latte or a specialty drink. There's a big lounge area with couches and tables where you're welcome to sit, relax, and take your time. Grab a cup, find a seat, and say hello to someone new. No need to rush off to your seat the moment you walk in, or head out right after.

On the first Sunday of every month, stop by Numa for our Connections Corner. It's a chance to meet some of our staff and leaders and learn about ways to get plugged in.

Where Do My Kids Go?

Bringing kids somewhere new always means more to think about. Here's what each age group looks like on a Sunday morning. All children's classrooms are on the north end of the building. Look for signage in the lobby, or ask one of our greeters and they can point you the right way.

Nursery - Kids Birth to 2

Nursery is open for the whole service, so you're free to drop off and head straight to worship.

Children's Ministry - Kids Age 3 to 5th Grade

Kids join you in worship and are dismissed to their classes before the message.

Middle School Youth Group

Middle schoolers join their families for worship too.  They head back to the Next Gen Building before the message.

High School Youth Group

High School students attend the entire Sunday service. Youth group meets Wednesday nights.
If your child is in nursery or children's ministry, check them in before the service starts.  Check in opens 10 minutes before service starts. Our team will be there to greet you, walk you through it, and help you find your child's classroom. Each child gets a printed tag at check-in, and if we need you during the service, your child's tag number will show up on the main auditorium screen, so you can relax and be present in the room.
That's what Canyon View Vineyard Church is about. Not a program, not a personality, not a list of rules. Jesus. That's why...

We exist to enjoy, and invite others into, a new way to live as a deeply loved apprentice.

Following Jesus isn't just about what you believe. It's about how you actually live, spending time with him, taking his teachings seriously, and doing the things he did, like caring for people and loving our neighbors, alongside others on the same journey. Nobody has it figured out. You're already loved. That's the starting point, not something you have to earn.

We're also part of the Vineyard movement, a group of churches that's been growing for four decades around a few shared convictions. We stick to the main and plain teachings of Jesus rather than adding extra rules on top. We believe God's kingdom is already here and still coming, so we expect both everyday faithfulness and the occasional miracle. We pray "Come, Holy Spirit" and actually mean it, inviting God to show up in our gatherings. Everyone gets to take part in this, regardless of background or how long you've been a Christian. We believe the supernatural and the ordinary aren't separate categories, and we care about the people our culture tends to overlook, because that's who Jesus went toward first.
