September to Remember: Noticing Is an Invitation

This week continues our September to Remember series, with a focus on global hunger and disaster relief. The service looked different than usual, built around three voices instead of one. Brian McLees reminded us that Convoy of Hope exists to mobilize churches like ours to be the hands and feet of Jesus. Then we heard from Hal Donaldson, who grew up on the receiving end of a bag of groceries when his family's cupboards were empty. He shared how a single honest question from Mother Teresa years later changed the direction of his life. Pastor Kirk closed by walking us through Zechariah 7, showing what happens to our hearts when we stop paying attention to needs like these.
